Refund policy
At Luv My India, we take pride in offering products that celebrate India’s spirit. We want you to love what you buy from us. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, here’s how our Exchange & Return Policy works:
What can be returned or exchanged

Apparel (T-shirts, stoles, crop tops, etc.)
– Can be exchanged for a different size or design within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags. -
Flags, frames, decor, gifting items
– Can be returned or replaced only if they arrive damaged, defective, or with printing errors. Requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery with photos/videos of the issue. -
Badges, lapel pins, small accessories
– These items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene and handling reasons, unless received in a damaged condition.
What cannot be returned
- Products that have been used, washed, or tampered with.
- Customised or special-order items.
- Free gifts or promotional items (like free badges with purchase).
How to request an exchange or return
- Email us at orders@luvmyindia.com or WhatsApp us on 98204 91900 within the applicable return window (3 or 7 days).
- Share your order number and photos of the product/packaging.
- Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return process.
Return shipping
- If the product is defective/damaged, we’ll cover the return shipping.
- If you’re exchanging for size/design, the customer will bear the return courier charges, while we’ll ship the replacement at no extra cost.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after the returned product passes quality check.
- In case of exchanges, you’ll receive the replacement product once the original item reaches us.
